Data Analyst/Reporting Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst/Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Microsoft Excel, data analytics, reporting, and CRM systems. This role is responsible for analyzing business data, creating reports and dashboards, and supporting operational performance through actionable insights.
A day in the life of a Data Analyst/Reporting Analyst . . .
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple data sources.
- Generate ad hoc reports to support business and operational needs.
- Extract and analyze data from Salesforce and other business systems.
- Monitor and report on sales and call center performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, formulas).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and reporting.
- Knowledge of Zoom Dialer or other dialer platforms.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
