Data Encoding & Reporting Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support accurate data entry, reporting, and operational performance tracking .
Key Responsibilities:
• Encode and maintain operational data in company systems and databases
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Consolidate data from multiple sources for reporting
• Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Support dashboards and KPI performance tracking
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IS, IT, IE or any related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data management
• Experience in reporting, admin, or operations support is an advantage
• Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately
