JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital and web graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing advertisements, web visuals, and branding projects across multiple brands
- Experience with basic web animation tools such as After Effects or Lottie
- Knowledge of A/B testing, responsive design principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design high-impact static and animated advertisements tailored to different brands
- Create responsive web page elements, banners, and conversion-focused visuals
- Collaborate with UX designers, copywriters, and motion designers to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency and develop reusable design templates in Figma
- Optimize creative assets across web, mobile, and social platforms for performance and accessibility
