Description - Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers.
- Assist in resolving patient inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.
- Provide information about healthcare services and programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and empathy
- Responsibilities and Duties: Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and patient-focused mindset
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work options
High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
At least 6 months Customer Contact Experience (CCE) in a Healthcare account
B2 CEFR English proficiency or equivalent communication skills (upper-intermediate English level)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
