• Problem-Solving Agility: You enjoy playing detective, piecing together information from multiple databases to figure out why a claim was denied or where a referral got stuck.
• Clear Communication: You can translate dense, confusing insurance jargon into plain English that an elderly patient or a busy doctor can easily understand.
• Tech Literacy: You can type accurately while talking, navigate multiple browser tabs simultaneously, and pick up new software quickly.
