Real Estate Listing Backer (Work From Home)

Position Overview We are actively seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Listing Backer to manage the administrative lifecycle of our property listings. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our real estate transactions, executing critical paperwork, scheduling logistics, and client reporting. With new clients onboarding daily, we are looking for candidates who can interview and potentially start as early as today. Core Responsibilities
- Transaction Documentation: Draft listing agreements, execute data entry for property details, and meticulously organize HOA packets and Seller Disclosures.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage the end-to-end scheduling for professional photography, property showings, and open houses.
- Performance Reporting: Follow up on property showings to collect agent feedback and compile comprehensive weekly status updates for sellers.
- Negotiation Support: Administrative processing of incoming offers, addendums, and counter-offers to keep transactions moving forward smoothly.
- Professional Competency: Proven track record in administrative support, data management, and strict task organization.
- Operational Speed: Exceptional efficiency with the ability to handle multiple shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
- Service Mindset: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to customer service and communication.
- Processor: Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th Gen), i5, i7, or exact AMD equivalent.
- Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OS.
- Memory & Storage: Minimum 8GB RAM with at least 60GB of available hard disk space.
- Hardware Peripherals: Dedicated noise-canceling headset and a High-Definition webcam.
