Job Description

You will be part of the Central Security Authority within CISO Operations , responsible for Identity and Access Management in a regulated international environment. The team ensures compliant, auditable, and efficient user access management processes in close collaboration with IT, application owners, and business stakeholders.

• Operate the end-to-end authorization management process , including request validation, approval checks, and access provisioning
• Execute Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) activities in line with security policies and audit requirements
• Perform operational activities in One Identity Manager , including job queue monitoring, access provisioning, troubleshooting, and minor workflow configuration
• Execute control activities and periodic reviews to ensure compliance (e.g., access recertifications, policy adherence, SoD principles)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Service Desk, technical teams, requestors, line managers) to ensure timely and secure access management

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management operations or a similar security role
• Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (operations, provisioning, troubleshooting)
• Strong understanding of access control principles (least privilege, segregation of duties, role-based access)
• Experience with operational IAM processes (JML lifecycle, approvals, access reviews, audit controls)
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken)

It would be a real bonus if you have 

• Knowledge of Avaloq Core Platform functional security
• Experience in cloud environments , preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, audit/compliance-driven organizations)
• Experience with PAM technology
