- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field
- At least 2–4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Supervisor, or in a similar role
- Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, digital campaigns, or creator accounts
- Experience in sports media, gaming, entertainment, livestreaming, or community-focused content is an advantage
- Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in content creation when needed
- Strong communication, creativity, and content planning skills
- Willing to attend onsite interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
- Plan, create, and publish engaging daily content across the company's social media platforms.
- Monitor industry trends, viral topics, and online conversations to identify content opportunities.
- Produce engaging short-form content, including posts, reels, videos, captions, and interactive materials.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content creators, and internal teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance and prepare recommendations to improve audience reach and engagement.
- Support influencer and creator collaborations while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and responsible gaming standards.
