JIAYOU FORWARDING POSTAL SERVICES OPC
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Endorse qualified candidates and monitor hiring progress.
- Manage job postings and recruitment advertisements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct background and reference checks when required.
- Prepare job offers and assist with onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
