Key responsibilities - Promote and sell company products and services to prospective and existing customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders
- Follow up on quotations, sales leads, customer orders, and pending transactions
- Coordinate with the Warehouse, Accounting, Operations, and Service Teams regarding orders, deliveries, installations, and payments
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and sales reports
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management
