Job Requirements
- AT LEAST HIGHSCHOOL GRAD
- EXPERIENCED IN CASHIER
- WILLING TO START ASAP
- NEAR QUIAPO
Responsibilities
- Guest Services & Check-in/out: Greet and assist guests with all check-in/check-out procedures and manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Inquiry Management: Address all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Cash/Transaction Handling: Accurately handle cash, credit card, and check transactions; compute totals; reconcile payments; and manage petty cash.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate transaction records, prepare daily cash and revenue reconciliation reports, and ensure compliance with all hotel policies and financial standards.
