- Provide professional greeting, seating, and menu guidance.
- Accurately record and relay food/drink orders to the kitchen or bar.
- Deliver orders promptly, monitor satisfaction, and address concerns.
- Efficiently clear/reset tables and maintain dining room cleanliness.
