Position: Healthcare Solutions Specialist
Industry: Financial - Insurance Agency
Salary: Php30,000 – Php35,000
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Business Specialist or similar role.
- Proven experience working with financial or insurance agencies.
- Knowledge of HMO insurance processes or prior experience in the medical/healthcare industry.
- Amenable to work immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify business challenges within healthcare operations and develop effective, data-driven solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
- Design and implement strategies to optimize the company’s healthcare services and HMO offerings.
- Drive the creation of new products, services, and innovative business solutions to enhance client value.
- Ensure alignment of strategies with organizational goals and oversee their successful execution.
