Description: - Process and submit medical billing claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review and verify patient information and insurance coverage.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff and patients regarding billing inquiries.
- Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Required Experience:
- We require minimum of 12 months of relevant Medical Billing experience (candidates with 6 months of experience can be reviewed)
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in medical billing or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language, strong customer service skills, and effective scheduling
- Qualities and Traits: Problem-solving abilities and teamwork orientation
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle call center duties and possess strong communication skills
