As our  Business Development Director , you'll be responsible for expanding our client portfolio, opening new markets, and positioning the business as a trusted strategic partner. This role goes beyond sales—it requires someone who can influence executive stakeholders, shape commercial strategy, and build scalable growth initiatives that create long-term value.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will:

• Grow the business by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build a healthy, predictable sales pipeline and drive opportunities from prospecting through contract execution.
• Lead strategic client presentations and commercial discussions that clearly demonstrate business value.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior executives, marketing leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Identify emerging market trends, industry shifts, and untapped opportunities that can fuel future growth.
• Structure commercial partnerships and negotiate agreements that create mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Work closely with Client Services to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery while maximizing long-term client retention.
• Coach and develop the Business Development team by introducing best practices, strengthening commercial discipline, and driving a high-performance culture.

Ideal Background

We're interested in professionals who have:

• Extensive experience leading business development or commercial growth initiatives.
• A strong history of winning enterprise accounts and consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Expertise in consultative selling, executive presentations, and complex B2B sales cycles.
• Experience negotiating commercial contracts and managing high-value client relationships.
• Strong financial and commercial understanding, including forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning.
• An established network within the  advertising, media, marketing, digital, creative agency, or ad-tech industries.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring sales and business development professionals.
