FOR ONSITE & VIRTUAL PROCESS - FINAL INTERVIEW & ASSESSMENT ONLY
Locations:
- Alorica Eton-Centris: Three Cyberpod Centris, Edsa cor Quezon Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City (Along Edsa MRT Quezon Ave Station)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries
- Resolve concerns and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide technical support when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
Upon Hire:
- Earn up to ₱20,000 - ₱27,000 salary package
Available Accounts:
- Nonvoice / Chat Support
