Description - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat.
- Assist customers in navigating the website and troubleshooting any issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively addressing concerns.
- Document all interactions in the customer relationship management system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of customer service experience is advantageous.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple chats effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
