Insurance Admin Specialist | AU client | Dayshift | Alabang

As an Insurance Administrative Specialist, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that all administrative tasks related to insurance policies, claims, and customer service are handled efficiently and accurately. The position is responsible for assisting Account Executives in the development of new accounts and the servicing of existing accounts for General Insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide service to existing clients through broking system processing, invoicing, processing quotes and policy transactions via online platforms, and general broking

• Handle communications from clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing basic information about insurance policies and procedures

• Assist in the processing of existing and new insurance policies, including gathering required information and documentation

• Input and update customer information, policy details, and claims data into the company's database

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of policies, claims, and other important documents

• Assist in processing premium payments and maintain accurate billing records

• Aid in the processing of insurance claims by gathering necessary information and documentation from clients

• Support claims lodgement, progression, and resolution involving liaison with underwriters

• Respond to enquiries from existing and potential clients

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues

• Accurate data entry and careful documentation are crucial in the insurance industry

• A friendly and helpful attitude when dealing with clients

• Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.) and the ability to learn industry-specific software

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment

• Insurance regulations and procedures may change, so the ability to adapt to new processes is essential

• Basic understanding of insurance policies, terms, and procedures is a plus
