Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and other accounting schedules.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.
Reconcile bank statements, cash transactions, and other financial accounts.
Assist in preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and tracking financial transactions.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial documents before processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations.
Organize and maintain accounting files and records for auditing and reference purposes.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with other departments regarding financial documents, billing concerns, and payment requests.
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
