It designs and produces residential and commercial furniture, serving customers nationwide through its network of distributors and retailers. Position: Sales Manager - Retail Work Location: Mandaluyong Work Schedule: Mondays- Fridays Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Retail Management, or a similar field.
- At least 5–10 significant retail industry experience and sales leadership roles.
- Proven history of managing large retail networks, driving sales performance, and optimizing store productivity is an advantage
- Can start as soon as possible is an advantage
- Amendable to work in Mandaluyong City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement national retail sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations across all stores, ensuring consistent execution of sales standards and customer experience.
- Lead and mentor regional managers, sales directors, and retail leadership teams.
- Analyze store performance data, market trends, and sales reports to support executive decision-making.
- Oversee the performance of all retail branches, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
