Network Planning & Analysis Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and consolidate data from different teams and sources.
• Monitor and maintain business data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Perform regular data validation and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare summaries and reports on short notice for management discussions.
• Organize data into clear and meaningful formats for decision-making.
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, and potential issues in the data.
• Support process improvements through accurate reporting and analysis.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from management and deliver accurate reports within tight deadlines

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, charts, etc.).
• Exposure to financial metrics in retail (IRR/NPV, CapEx, OpEx etc.) is an advantage but not required.
• Experience using Google Sheets, including formulas and data management.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent data management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data while maintaining accuracy.
• Able to create concise summaries and management reports from raw data.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and handle urgent requests with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates the ability to build positive working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds, personalities and functions.
