Description - Assist customers with travel and accommodation inquiries.
- Provide information about travel packages, accommodations, and local attractions.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with travel vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0-2 years).
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor with a customer-focused mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
