The role
As a Growth & Operations Associate , you’ll sit at the intersection of growth, operations, and product.
You’ll run campaigns and experiments, keep operations moving, dig into performance data, improve processes, and help make the user experience better.
This is a hands-on role. You won’t just report what happened. You’ll figure out what to do next and make it happen.
What you’ll own
Grow

• Run experiments and campaigns across the acquisition funnel.
• Analyze performance and find ways to improve conversion and acquisition cost.
• Track reach, signups, and first accepted clip.
  

Execute

• Manage submissions, Quests, rewards, and community support.
• Coordinate with Ops, Comms, Ads, partners, and users.
• Keep campaigns and day-to-day operations moving.
  

Improve

• Identify processes that can be faster, simpler, or cheaper.
• Bring forward improvement proposals every two weeks and implement approved changes.
• Test product releases, report bugs, and improve the onboarding funnel.

What we’re looking for
You don’t need a traditional growth or operations background. If you’re curious, analytical, organized, and good at figuring things out, we want to hear from you.

• 
  1–5 years in growth, operations, marketing, customer success, community, project coordination, or a similar role
• .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• .Excellent organization and follow-through
• .Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and digital tools
• .Strong written and verbal communication
• .Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• .Willing to take ownership, spot problems, and turn ideas into action

.
Bonus : experience with user acquisition, digital marketing, online communities, product testing, onboarding, or tech.
