Job Requirements:
- Filipino national who can speak, read and write in French
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or any related courses
- Must with experience in collections or receivable role
- Preferably currently residing in the Philippines
- Willing to work on Shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an up to date and accurate vendor database
- Accurate and timely end to end processing of vendor invoices and other payment requests.
- Manage email and telephone communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible in the daily verification and posting of vendor invoices
- Reconciling vendor statements
