Quick Response Technician - Camarin, Caloocan

What is this role about?
This role will handle various service requests from routine inspections to complex requests across different vehicle makes and models. This role will also play a crucial role in ensuring operational continuity and maintaining service excellence across all Lubeserv sites in Luzon, contributing to a positive customer experience and efficient business operations.

What will YOU do? 

• Respond swiftly on reliability issues by filling in gaps and ensure Lubeserv daily operations in covered areas
• Cooperate and work closely with Service Advisors, Supervisors, Managers, and other SEAOIL technicians
• Ensure business continuity by covering manpower deficiencies 
• Ensure uninterrupted customer service within SEAOIL service centers
• Manage incoming service requests for the day
• Maintain service excellence and efficient business operations across all LubeServ sites

What will YOU need?

• At least 3 years of experience in the same role
• Valid driver's license - can drive 2 and 4-wheel M/T vehicle
• Must be willing to do fieldwork and be assigned in a SEAOIL service station
• Preferably with at least NC1 or Higher TESDA Auto Servicing Certification - relevant automotive service certifications from other institutions will also be considered
