- Manage the reduction and resolution Consumer Lending Groups' Non-Performing Loans (NPL)
- Provide consistent guidance to Consumer Lending to ensure monitoring of specific loan accounts / account portfolios that are deemed as potential problems
- Allocate auto loan accounts based on team capacity, area coverage, and available resources, and monitor productivity and delinquency status.
- Ensure timely and compliant collection and repossession activities, including document review, reporting, and expense validation.
- Coach and mentor team members, recommend recovery strategies, and handle escalations while balancing recovery and customer service.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, controlled recovery costs, and effective resource and capacity planning.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree holder from a 4 course, preferably any business course (Accountancy, Management, Banking and Finance). Master's Degree is an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in supervisory/managerial role, preferably credit and collections
- Strong expertise in credit and collections across loan products, with solid knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and bank products.
- Communicates effectively, supports inclusive partnerships, leverages data for sound strategies, and delivers consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
- Drives agility, innovation, and continuous learning through strong decision‑making, performance discipline, risk awareness, and sustainable, future‑ready strategies.
- Demonstrates customer focus, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset while leading with professionalism, integrity, and strong relationship management.
