Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account Bellsoft Global is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Healthcare Account in Metro Manila. This onsite opportunity is ideal for applicants with strong communication and customer service skills who want to build a long-term career in the BPO industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with healthcare-related concerns, appointment inquiries, billing questions, and account support while delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat support
- Assist customers with appointments, billing concerns, and account information
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and policies
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Update customer records and document interactions in the system
- Follow data privacy and healthcare compliance guidelines
- Maintain quality service standards and achieve performance targets
- At least a Senior High School graduate or College graduate
- With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required
