- Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Prepare and present project reports, including cost analysis and timelines.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure projects meet quality standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in power utility or engineering projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
