- Product Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of the products being promoted to effectively answer customer questions and address concerns.
- Set Up Displays : Arrange attractive product displays and promotional booths to enhance visibility and appeal to customers.
- Customer Engagement : Build genuine connections with customers, tailoring presentations to meet their needs and preferences.
- Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback and insights to relay to management for product improvement and marketing strategies.
- Sales Reporting : Track sales performance, meet daily targets, and submit sales reports to management.
- Education : A high school diploma is typically required; a degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Experience : Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for delivering presentations and engaging with customers.
- Customer Service : Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for potential buyers.
- Multitasking Ability : Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
