Description - Implement visual merchandising strategies in assigned retail locations to enhance product visibility.
- Conduct regular audits of merchandise displays to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with store managers to optimize product placement and inventory levels.
- Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and trends to improve future merchandising efforts.
- Travel to various locations as needed to support merchandising initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in merchandising or retail.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a creative approach to merchandising.
- Working Conditions: Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
