I. BUOD NG TRABAHO (JOB SUMMARY)
Siguraduhing lahat ng dumating na deliveries from different Suppliers ay maikayat sa warehouse na may katumbas na Receiving report. Mapanatiling maayos at malinis ang loob at labas ng warehouse sa lahat ng pagkakataon.
II. MGA TUNGKULIN AT PANANAGUTAN (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Makipag-ugnayan sa Receiving Department upang malaman kung anu-ano ang mga accessories na dumating at maaaring maikayat sa warehouse. Siguraduhing may Receiving Report at dapat na i-double check ang mga items na nakasulat sa Receiving Report.
- Siguraduhing nai-ayos ang mga accessories sa tamang lalagyan, tatakan ng delivery date ang mga stocks para masunod ang patakaran na "First In – First Out."
- Mag-sort-out ng mga pull-out garter mula sa sewing line na naaayon sa category ng pagbebenta o tapatan. Ibigay ang report sa Supervisor upang madesisyunan gamit ang form "Retazo endorsement form" approved by the Supervisor then forward to Retazo in-charge for benta.
- Mag-handa at mag-release ng mga office at production supplies sa iba't-ibang department gamit ang requisition form galing sa Inventory Controller.
- Tumulong mag-thread rewinding sa panahon na kinakailangan at sa receiving clerk sa pagre-received ng mga pull-out deliveries of boxes, hangers at iba pa from different department stores.
- Siguraduhing nahugot lahat sa pagkakasaksak ang electric wires at naisara ang lahat ng bintana at pinto bago umuwi.
- Siguraduhing sumunod sa patakaran na ipinapatupad ng kumpanya at ang Standard Operating Procedure sa trabahong nakatalaga.
- Mapanatili ang kalinisan sa lugar ng pagawaan bago magsimula at matapos sa oras ng paggawa.
- Isagawa ang mga tungkulin alinsunod sa mga kinakailangan ng customer, mga naaangkop na regulasyon, at mga pamantayan ng kalidad ng kumpanya. Suportahan ang pagkamit ng mga layunin sa kalidad ng yunit at isabuhay ang Quality Policy ng kumpanya sa lahat ng gawain.
