Activations and Influencer Marketing Coordinator

The AIM Coordinator handles the planning and execution of brand activations, promotions, events, influencer partnerships, and other below the line activities. The role works closely with clients, internal teams, suppliers, talents, and partners to make sure projects are well coordinated and properly executed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the conceptualization and development of promo, event, influencer management, and other below-the-line efforts for clients.
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, potential partners, sponsors and other organizations/entities for the projects.
• Conduct research in aid of conceptualization and planning when necessary.
• Attend meetings & interface with Clients for promo, event, influencer management &/or other below-the-line projects.
• Coordinate with Accounts group for planning & implementation of promos, events, influencer management, and other such activities.
• Coordinate with Production group for the ingress/egress of required materials such as stage, props, costumes, and the delivery of merchandising materials and other such project requirements.
• Coordinate with the PR group for press conference requirements, media attendance & the corresponding logistics, etc.
• Coordinate & manage freelance staff and talents such as directors, stage managers, models, promo girls, telemarketers, etc. This includes the necessary payroll requests.
• Negotiate best price and coordinate logistics with suppliers of giveaways, prizes, technical equipment, special effects, audio-visual production, venue, food/caterers, vehicles and other such contractors required for the project.
• Strengthen Agency relationships with key suppliers, establishing credit lines and other such arrangements.
• Take the lead and supervise the event mounting or promo run during the actual events.
• Monitor project implementation, preparing the necessary reports which includes but is not limited to: Project implementation plans, flowcharts, etc. l Pre-production organizer & pre-production agreements l Manpower briefing, contracts, job description & confidentiality agreements l Project reports & forms l Project expense & profitability reports l Post-project completion reports.
• Ensure safekeeping and proper filing of department documents, files, references, materials, etc.
• Oversee, project related stocks, materials, etc., which are entrusted to the Agency in relation to a promotion, event or other activity.
• Ensure project profitability, i.e. project implementation within the given internal budgets.
• Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• A degree in marketing, mass comm/advertising, or PR-related course.
• Open to fresh graduates ! or At least 1 years experience in promo and events and influencer marketing
• Able to participate in the conceptualization and development of promo, event, influencer marketing, and other below-the-line efforts for clients
• Able to lead and supervise a team during events
• Excellent in coordinating and negotiating with suppliers, potential partners, sponsors and other organizations/entities for the projects
