Safety Supervisor

LIKAS YAMAN SERVICE CORPORATION
- Supervise daily safety activities across all shipyard operations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard assessments in work areas
- Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH Standards and company safety policies
- Implement and monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems
- Conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and training sessions
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports with corrective actions
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and management regarding safety concerns
- Assist in emergency response planning and drills
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety compliance
- Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation
- Recommend corrective and preventive measures to improve workplace safety
- Perform other task as assigned by Manager
