As a Workplace, Safety, and Benefits Lead, you will take on a key responsibility in leading the overall strategy and execution of workplace management, occupational safety, and employee benefits. This role ensures that the organization provides a safe, compliant, and employee-centered work environment while delivering efficient and accurate benefits administration, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
- Lead workplace operations: Oversee facilities, site readiness, administrative services, and workplace initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and employee-friendly work environments.
- Manage safety, compliance, and governance: Ensure compliance with Philippine labor and OSH regulations, lead safety programs, coordinate audits, and oversee documentation for workplace incidents and foreign employee requirements.
- Oversee employee benefits and payroll coordination: Manage end-to-end benefits administration (statutory, HMO, insurance), improve benefits programs, and collaborate with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate processing.
- Lead and develop the team: Manage the Workplace, Safety, and Benefits team, set performance expectations, and drive capability building, accountability, and service excellence.
- Drive operational excellence and stakeholder partnerships: Improve processes through automation and controls, analyze and report key metrics, manage vendors, and partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and external agencies to support the employee lifecycle.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to workplace administration, safety, and benefits
- Experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and workplace safety regulations
