Food Service Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily cafeteria operations and ensure smooth service.
- Manage food availability, display, and replenishment.
- Coordinate food requirements with the production kitchen.
- Monitor customer service, resolve concerns, and improve satisfaction.
- Track sales, cashier transactions, and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory, apply FIFO/FEFO, and reduce food waste.
- Prepare staff schedules, train employees, and evaluate performance.
- Maintain operational reports and support internal/client audits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, HRM, Food Service Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, or food service operations.
- Experience in retail food operations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and food safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
