Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- With at least 2-3 years’ experience as a Real Time Analyst
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Willing to work onsite
- Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures optimal staffing for business partners by creating forecasts and staffing models, analyzing market conditions, and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Oversees resource planning for one or more divisional units; acts as a trusted advisor by anticipating issues and opportunities.
- Builds strong relationships with business partners, proactively communicating trends and concerns with actionable insights.
- Collaborates with business partners to identify initiatives or changes affecting volumes or staffing, assessing their impact on workforce needs.
- Generates and maintains volume forecasts for contact centers or processing departments using standard and advanced statistical techniques.
- Monitors staffing drivers (volume, handle time, shrinkage, occupancy) against plan, raising awareness and recommending corrective actions as needed.
