Junior Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Research Assistant to join our team to perform a variety of research and project management tasks. Research Assistant delivers day-to-day client servicing and provides support in the design, implementation, data analysis, and reporting of qualitative and quantitative findings and recommendations from market research studies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of market research projects, including survey design, data collection, and analysis.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including customer surveys, online research, and market reports.
- Organize and maintain research databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and integrate research findings into marketing strategies.
- Stay current with industry developments and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or any related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and MS PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, and slides), and Zoom Application.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
