Junior Accountant

- Assist the Senior Accountant or Accounting Supervisor in bookkeeping, processing suppliers’ payments, issuing invoice or receipts, account reconciliations and other accounting functions within the assigned accounts or clients.
- Assist in tax compliance, SEC compliance and local government compliances
- Help in preparation of documents for the special projects and registration renewals
- Act as reliever in the absence of the other Accountants
- Attend tax and SEC seminars to update with the tax rulings, if necessary
- Must handle small accounts after the required trainings
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- CPA license is an advantage but not required
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting, with expertise in General Accounting, Philippine Taxation, and Bookkeeping
- Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks Online , and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highly adaptable, willing to learn, and open to new challenges
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Location: Makati
Onsite Work ( Monday to Friday)
