Job Title: Branding Associate / Brand Associate
Key Responsibilities
Research & Strategy Support
- Conduct market research, competitor scans, and industry benchmarking
- Assist in audience profiling, brand audits, and perception documentation
- Support cultural research and localization insights for international brands entering the Philippines
- Help translate raw data into structured insights for strategy decks
Brand Strategy & Market Entry Support
- Assist in developing brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign platform decks
- Support go-to-market strategy development for brand launches
- Help document insights for international or China-based brands adapting to the Philippine market
Execution & Coordination
- Support preparation of presentation decks (slides, formatting, visuals)
- Assist in campaign coordination and project tracking across teams
- Help prepare client deliverables and reports
- Support content coordination and basic copywriting tasks
Qualifications
- 0–2 years experience in marketing, branding, advertising, or related field
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment
