Job Details

- Location: Dasmariñas, Cavite
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Salary: Highly negotiable (based on experience and interview performance)

Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, compliance, and general ledger management
- Oversee costing and job costing processes to ensure accurate cost allocation and profitability analysis
- Establish and strengthen internal controls and cash management processes
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and insights for management decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement of accounting systems and processes for efficiency and scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field
- At least 8–10 years of experience in a Senior Accounting Manager role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Dasmariñas, Cavite
- Available to start as soon as possible
- Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
