- Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Explain product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Process customer transactions, including cash, card payments, and returns.
- Maintain the appearance of the store by organizing displays and restocking shelves.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales or retail (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
