Job Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Area Sales Manager
- Ensure timely securing of accounts receivable and collections
- Consistently achieve assigned sales quota
- Promote and manage the company’s product portfolio and assigned accounts
- Handle client coordination and address account-related concerns
- Participate in bidding processes and support business development initiatives
- Identify and develop new accounts, clients, and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks including remittances, expense reports, itineraries, approvals, and bookings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year Business-related or Medical-related course
- Proven sales experience, preferably in diagnostic products (reagents, consumables, and equipment)
- Strong sales drive; confident, outgoing, structured, and relationship-oriented
- Highly motivated, willing to learn, and adaptable to change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willing to travel nationwide for field assignments
- Experience in preparing bid documents, especially for government transactions, is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
