- The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a sales or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
