Accounts Payable Associate - (Pipeline)

Abbott seeks an Accounts Payable Associate to support AP functions for its Rapid Diagnostics division in Taguig City. The role involves processing and reconciling invoices, coordinating with vendors, resolving payment issues, and contributing to month-end close activities. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with preferred AP or accounting experience, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external vendors and assist with outstanding invoice management
- Receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices from vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and research payment discrepancies and vendor issues
- Develop and maintain professional vendor relationships and respond to invoice inquiries
- Assist with accounts payable month-end close process and meet KPI/SLA requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Two years accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome
- Knowledge of accounts payable principles, practices, regulations, and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Fair fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- Experience with ERP or large accounting packages such as SAP, Esker, or Coupa
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with clear professional communication ability
