Patient Care Administrator - (w/ Healthcare Account Experience)

Responsibilities: - Support the patient journey by handling administrative duties such as booking appointments, updating patient records, and liaising with referrers.
- Ensure accuracy of data input into patient administration systems and maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage patient calls effectively by identifying needs, providing first-time resolution, and communicating relevant information clearly.
- Escalate issues as necessary while maintaining high standards of service.
- Adhere to data protection, confidentiality, and quality assurance measures in line with healthcare standards.
- Maintain accurate reporting and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referrers, and internal teams to ensure a positive patient experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- With at least 2 years of BPO experience - for international clients/accounts
- Experience in data processing, entry, or analysis roles, with the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic approach to patient interaction.
- Background in customer or patient service, handling queries effectively and sensitively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable working with multiple systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- Flexible to work in a weekly shift pattern as required.
