Industry: IT - BPO Company Location: Taguig Salary: Php 50,000 – Php 80,000 Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any related field. With at least 3 years of experience as Social Media Supervisor. Experience working in a IT - BPO Company is an advantage. Amenable to attend interviews Can start as soon as possible Job Description / Responsibilities Plan brand campaigns, product launches, and community engagement tasks across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Track viral moments, platform algorithm updates, and internet culture for timely content. Analyze reach, engagement, and conversion metrics to prepare reports and improve ROI. Coordinate with design, marketing, sales, and external client teams. Coach, mentor, and direct social media associates or content creators. Recruitment Process: (Online & Face to Face) Initial Interview (Online) 2nd Interview (Technical/Operational Assessment) Final Interview (Face-to-Face)
