Full Time | Work From Home | Morning shift

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Conversion Specialist who will be responsible for turning qualified leads into successful clients. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, customer-focused, and skilled at building relationships, handling objections, and closing deals.

You will manage leads from initial contact through conversion, ensuring a smooth and professional experience while meeting sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with qualified leads through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  
• Understand each lead’s needs, business challenges, and hiring requirements.
  
• Present and explain our services, solutions, pricing, and value proposition.
  
• Build strong relationships and establish trust with prospective clients.
  
• Qualify leads and identify their readiness, budget, and decision-making process.
  
• Handle questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
  
• Conduct sales calls and presentations when needed.
  
• Follow up consistently with warm and interested prospects.
  
• Negotiate terms and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  
• Close deals and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
  
• Maintain accurate and updated lead information in the CRM.
  
• Coordinate with the recruitment and operations teams during the client onboarding process.
  
• Track sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
  
• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand existing client accounts.
  
• Provide feedback on lead quality and common objections to improve the sales process.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or lead conversion .
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Confident in conducting sales calls and closing deals.
  
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
  
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
  
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email, Google Workspace, and other sales tools.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  
• Experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or offshore services is a strong advantage.
