- Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building infrastructure to ensure functionality and safety.
- Repairs: Identify, troubleshoot, and repair any mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment, and report hazards or needed safety improvements.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in various conditions (e.g., outdoors, confined spaces), and stand for extended periods.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
