A Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and functionality of a building or facility. This involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for occupants.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and other building occupants.
Knowledge of and adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
