QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology
- Must be a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT)
- With or without prior experience (training will be provided)
- Knowledgeable in proper specimen collection and handling
- Computer literate
- Patient-oriented, detail-oriented, and dependable
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining Ensure the safe and proper handling of laboratory machines and equipment
- Perform all forms of specimen extraction and collection
- Maintain proper accountability of laboratory supplies and equipment
- Conduct home service procedures when required
- Encode laboratory results into the system as needed
- Ensure cost efficiency in the use of laboratory supplies and reagents
- Perform and analyze laboratory examinations using manual, semi-automated, and fully
- automated methods
- Ensure timely release of patient results and monitor pending tests
- Comply with laboratory policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Technologist and/or Pathologist
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Php 20,000.00 - Php 23,000.00 (based on experience)
